At Autodesguaces Alicante we stock used brake discs for every make, in solid, vented and drilled versions. Every disc is measured with a micrometer to check that its thickness is within the minimum set by the manufacturer.

We supply front and rear discs, including aluminium-steel composite discs typical of the BMW 5/7 Series, Audi A6/A8 and Mercedes E/S-Class, as well as large-diameter discs for sports cars and SUVs.

Checks carried out

Micrometer measurement of minimum thickness.
Visual inspection for cracks, warping and deep scoring.
Check of the hub and mounting holes.
Discs with severe corrosion on the braking surface are rejected.

All discs come with a 6-month warranty, are sourced from our Authorised Treatment Facility (since 2019) and are shipped in 24-48h. We recommend always replacing both discs on the same axle as a pair, together with new pads.

Frequently asked questions about brake discs

Do you measure disc thickness before shipping?

Yes, every disc is checked with a micrometer to confirm that its thickness exceeds the minimum stamped on it by the manufacturer.

Are they sold in pairs or individually?

We sell them individually, but we recommend always fitting both discs on the same axle at the same time to ensure balanced braking.

Do you have aluminium composite discs?

Yes, we have composite discs typical of German premium models. It is important to confirm the OEM part number, as there are several variants depending on the caliper.

Should I replace the pads when fitting discs?

It is highly recommended. Fitting worn pads to new discs causes vibration and reduces braking efficiency because they do not bed in properly.
