The ignition coil's job is to raise the voltage to several thousand volts to create the spark at the spark plug. When it fails, the engine loses a cylinder, shakes at idle, uses more fuel and turns on the engine warning light.
Types of coil we offer
- Individual (pencil) coils fitted directly on the spark plug.
- Double or twin (DIS) coils with wasted-spark firing.
