Do you test the master cylinder before selling it?

We visually check that there are no leaks, that the reservoir is intact and that the plunger moves normally. The actual pressure test is carried out once it is fitted to the vehicle.

Does it include the brake fluid reservoir?

Yes, unless stated otherwise. The reservoir is supplied empty; we recommend checking its seals and replacing them if they are worn.

Do I need to bleed the brakes after replacing the master cylinder?

Absolutely. All circuits must be bled in the manufacturer’s order to remove air from the hydraulic system.

Is it suitable for cars with ESP?

Yes, but the exact OEM part number must be confirmed, as master cylinders for ESP systems include pressure sensors and must match the car’s module.
